Lipsticks are one of the cheapest items that a cosmetic company can make. they require little pigment, a lot of cheaper fillers and fragrance. Actually an easy DIY craft. Many higher end company's skimp a lot on lipsticks because they can and the markup for these items is unbelievable. the only reason you should ever be tempted to splurge on a lipstick is if you "love this one color that no one else..........." otherwise Revlon and Cover Girl here we come. odds are if you keep looking you can find a cheaper alternative for the color that no one else makes. Final Verdict: SAVE!!
