All my eyeshadow was old and needed to be discarded and I was starting my collection all over. I was looking for something that had a lot of neutral colors, was inexpensive and high quality. I searched high and low, wandering every store imaginable but I couldn't afford to spend $50-$200 that some retailers charged. I stumbled onto this, a 21 eyeshadow and 5 blush palate from coastal scents (check out the website) This palate was only $21 and I couldn't be more pleased. The colors are beautiful and you can create many looks. This is definatly something that any eyeshadow fanatic on a budget should have. The eyeshadows are about the size of a quarter and the blush is bigger than a silver dollar. Enjoy the pictures of the swatches, I put down a layer of foundation first as a "primer" more on that later
