While checking things out on the NYC website I found an interesting challenge, it was called "dare to compare" Rarely do I pass on a dare, but when I win I want my prize! Bottom Line: Not even a fair contest. My beloved chanel goes on perfect. NYC thick, goopy and gloppy, not to mention to just plain tacky. I want my 99 cents back. Maybe it was just this color if your doing baby dots or designs with this its fine but full coverage, no way!Bottom line: SPLURGE!!
